Vermilion River Adventures is pleased to announce that we are now offering a one-way float trip option! This is a 6.75-mile adventure starting in McDowell and ending in Pontiac. These floats are a fixed price for the trip no matter how long you’re on the water, with rates varying depending on the vessel you choose to rent. Services Offered
Vermilion River Adventures offers a fixed-rate 6.75-mile float trip option as well as hourly rentals for those wishing to explore the Vermilion River at their own pace. Whether you are interested in a leisurely paddle or want to see how much human power you pack, we can get you on the water quickly! Rentals include kayak, paddle, PFD, and safety training. For those wanting to experience the Vermilion River without physical exertion, our chartered options are perfect! We will take you on a tour of the river around the southeast side of Pontiac and Livingston County.
